Organization
A second generation is now at the helm. Juan Antonio Barrero Dominguez is in charge of the technical department, and Mª Elvira Barrero Dominguez runs administration and Human resources.
D. Juan Manuel Boto, our founder, still contributes to our company with his experience and knowledge as a Delegated Advisor.
We believe that people come first. This is why we encourage continuous improvement as the basis of our day-to-day management. This is done in the following way:

- Administration department
The Administration Department takes care of all administration work and Human Resource management.
- Technical Department
The technical department is where all the design, analysis and production strategies take place. Every project is carefully studied and planned according to the needs of our clients.
- Quality Control Department
It controls that all the processes, conducts sampling, inspection, and testing to assure that manufacturing and assembly comply with client specifications and quality norms.
- Marketing Department
The commercial team is in charge of the relationship between the Company and its clients, takes care of all the specific needs of every client and runs our after-sale service to assure at all times the satisfaction of our clients.
- Production workforce
Our production team in divided into 2 workforces: factory personnel, that work in our own facilities and develop all the work “in house”, and the external personnel that takes care of all the assembly and maintenance at the client’s factory. The teams are coordinated by a project manager who optimises technological and management skills to provide the best service.
